It’s about all about finding your very own Sax moment topped up with a little bit of extra truffle.

From bresaola with truffle honey to a seared scallop risotto and a standout MB8+ wagyu rump with truffle jus, every course is crafted to impress.

Finish the night with a mini French custard cannoli and aperitif, or elevate the experience with our premium wine pairing.

  • Wagyu bresaola MB9+,truffle honey drizzle with homemade grissini (to share)

  • Eye fillet carpaccio, truffle oil, 24month shaved Parmesan

  • Truffle Risotto with seared scollop shaved truffle  (Individual portion)

  • Black opal wagyu rump MB8+ with truffle beef Jus

  • + $200 for 1.5kg Wagyu MBS 8+ Tomahawk upgrade served with black truffle butter

  • Truffle kipfler potatoes with chives and garlic

  • Cos lettuce salad with pickled cabbage 

  • Mini French custard cannoli and aperitif
